Of course, the real question is, how does it taste? Pretty good! Now, if you’re expecting the rich creamy taste of, say, Godiva milk chocolate, you’re going to be disappointed. 

But if you like the bitterness of dark chocolate and don’t mind a little grittiness in the texture – it is 77% cacao and contains no dairy, after all – give this a try. 

It’s got a dark, earthy, cocoa-y goodness that’s both enjoyable and won’t compromise your healthy eating regimen, plus it’s also organic, free trade, gluten free, soy free, sugar free, dairy free, vegan friendly, and non-GMO. And, unlike many “diet” versions of indulgent foods, there were no adverse effects on my tummy, either.
